In no event shall 19d, inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 19d, inc. and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
While Piper performs calculations based on the data you enter, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all budget calculations and financial information. Piper is a tool to assist with budget management, not a replacement for professional financial review.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
19d, inc. may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data prior to account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 19d, inc. regarding the Service.
